Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

1. Who we are and scope

The online shop Mockora is operated by Daniel Dantas Miranda, trading as Mockora, Straßburger Str. 42, 10405 Berlin-Bezirk Pankow, Germany, email: dantas.mirandasa@atomicmail.io, phone: +49 30 23125 742 ("we", "us").

These terms apply to all orders placed in our shop by consumers and businesses. A consumer is any person who buys for purposes that are mainly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Our products

We sell digital products only: downloadable mockup bundles consisting of image files (layered PNG), placement data, an offline browser tool ("Mockup Maker") and instructions. No physical goods are shipped.

The exact contents of each bundle are listed on the product page. Sample designs shown in product images are for illustration only and are not included in the download.

3. How the contract is concluded

The products shown in the shop are not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the final order button at checkout, you place a binding order for the products in your cart. Before that, you can review and correct your entries at any time.

The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email or make the download available to you, whichever happens first.

The contract language is English. We store the contract text; you receive the order details by email.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and are final prices including any applicable VAT. As our products are digital, there are no shipping costs.

You can pay using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is due immediately when you place your order.

5. Delivery

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. We recommend saving a copy of your files on your own device.

If you do not receive your download, please contact us and we will send it again.

6. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right ends early once the download is made available, if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this confirmation in the cart before checkout.

Our full rules, including when we give refunds, are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. License to use the files

After full payment you receive a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable, worldwide license, unlimited in time, to use the purchased files as follows:

  • Allowed: using the mockups to present your own or your clients' designs, and using the finished mockup images (with your design placed in them) commercially, for example in shop listings, advertising, social media, portfolios and print.
  • Not allowed: reselling, sharing, giving away or otherwise distributing the mockup files themselves, whether unchanged or modified, including as part of other templates, mockup generators or marketplaces.

All other rights remain with us. If you breach the license, the right to use the files ends. Full details are on our License page.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply, including the rules on digital products (§§ 327 et seq. BGB). If a file is defective, incomplete or does not work as described, please contact us. We will first provide a working file. If we cannot, you are entitled to a refund.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may rely), and only up to the damage that is typical and foreseeable for this type of contract.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove the protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you normally live.

If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.

11. Final provisions

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
