License

Every Mockora product comes with this license. It is written in plain language so you know exactly what you can and can't do. A short version is included as LICENSE.txt in every download. This page is the full license.

1. License granted

When you buy a Mockora product and pay in full, Daniel Dantas Miranda, trading as Mockora ("Mockora", "we"), grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license, unlimited in time, to use the purchased files under the terms below.

"Files" means everything included in the download: layered PNG images, placement data, preview images, the Mockup Maker and instructions. A "finished mockup" means an image you create by placing your own design, or your client's design, into one of our scenes.

2. What you can do

  • Use the files to present your own designs or your clients' designs.
  • Use finished mockups for personal and commercial purposes, including product listings, online shops, advertising, social media, websites, email marketing, portfolios, presentations and printed materials.
  • Use finished mockups to sell physical or digital products that carry your design, for example t-shirts, mugs or posters.
  • Create finished mockups for unlimited clients and projects. Your clients may use the finished mockups you deliver to them.
  • Edit, crop, recolor and combine the files to create your finished mockups.

3. What you can't do

  • Resell, sublicense, share, give away or distribute the files, whether unchanged or modified, including the individual layers.
  • Include the files in other products that let others create mockups, such as template packs, mockup generators, print-on-demand apps, design tools or plugins.
  • Upload the files, or finished mockups without a real design placed in them, to stock image sites, marketplaces or file-sharing platforms.
  • Claim the files or the scenes as your own creation.
  • Use the files in a way that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others, for example by placing designs you don't have the rights to.

4. Multiple users and teams

One purchase covers one person or one freelancer. A small business may let employees use the files for the business's own projects. For agencies or teams that need to share the files between several people, contact us for a team license.

5. Your designs

You remain the owner of your designs. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any artwork, logos or text you place in our mockups.

6. Ownership and originality

Mockora keeps all copyrights and ownership of the files and scenes. You buy a license to use them, not the files themselves.

All scenes are created by Mockora from scratch. They contain no photographs, stock images, AI-generated images or third-party trademarks. The sample designs shown in our product images show fictional brands only and are not part of the license.

7. End of the license

This license ends automatically if you break any of its terms or if your purchase is refunded. In that case you must stop using the files and delete all copies. Finished mockups that you created and published correctly before the license ended may stay online, unless the license ended because of a refund.

8. No warranty

The files are provided as described on the product page. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If a file is faulty, we will replace it or refund you as described in our Refund Policy.
