Refund Policy

All Mockora products are digital downloads. Because files can be copied as soon as they are downloaded, digital products cannot be "returned" like physical goods. We still want you to be happy with your purchase, so this page explains clearly when you get a refund and how to request one.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email dantas.mirandasa@atomicmail.io with the subject "Refund request".
  2. Include your order number and the email address used for the order.
  3. Tell us briefly why you are requesting a refund. If a file is faulty, please name the file and describe the problem, or attach a screenshot.

3. What happens next

  • We reply within 2 business days.
  • If a file is faulty, we first try to send you a working version. If that doesn't solve the problem, you get a full refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days, using the same payment method you used to pay. You are never charged a fee for a refund.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take another 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account.
  • Once a refund is issued, your download access and your license for that product end, and any copies of the files must be deleted.

4. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers

The rules above are voluntary and do not limit your statutory rights. As a consumer in the European Union, you have the following right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Daniel Dantas Miranda, trading as Mockora, Straßburger Str. 42, 10405 Berlin-Bezirk Pankow, Germany, email: dantas.mirandasa@atomicmail.io, phone: +49 30 23125 742) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Early end of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Your right of withdrawal ends early for contracts for the supply of digital content that is not on a physical medium, once we have started performing the contract, provided that you:

  1. expressly agreed that we begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period ends, and
  2. confirmed that you are aware that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (§ 356(5) BGB).

We ask for this consent with a checkbox in the cart before checkout. Performance begins when your download link is made available after payment. Even so, if you have not downloaded any files yet, we will still refund you as explained in section 1.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first. We resolve most issues within one or two days. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us can delay your refund.
